Your Mission Deserves More Than Disconnected Marketing

Stop managing disconnected vendors. Start building a unified growth strategy that strengthens fundraising, messaging, and long-term impact.

The Real Problem

You do not have a marketing problem. You have a strategy problem.

You may already have:

  • A social media manager

  • An email platform

  • A website

  • Annual events

  • A development plan

But if these pieces aren’t aligned under one strategic direction, growth feels inconsistent and unpredictable. Campaigns become reactive. Donations spike… then plateau. Messaging shifts depending on who’s posting. And leadership ends up managing vendors instead of focusing on mission.

From Fragmented Tactics to Integrated Growth

This isn’t about “posting more.” It’s about building infrastructure for sustainable impact. The Hustle Lab partners with nonprofit leaders to design and implement unified marketing systems that:

  • Align messaging across platforms

  • Strengthen donor journeys

  • Increase campaign effectiveness

  • Support fundraising events strategically

  • Improve donor retention and long-term engagement

Instead of operating as another vendor, we function as your strategic marketing partner. That means that instead of simply executing tasks, we build the infrastructure your organization needs to:

✔ Develop a comprehensive marketing roadmap
✔ Align digital presence with fundraising goals
✔ Integrate email, website, and social campaigns
✔ Support event marketing with long-term strategy in mind

✔ Provide ongoing oversight and optimization

Feedback:

"Akeya and her team at The Hustle Lab are a masterclass in creative expression and precise execution. I've worked with Akeya over the past 3 years on client relationships that evolved from simple article posting, to full blown social media management, website development and maintenance, email newsletter management, and fundraising strategy and management. My work with these clients hinged on Akeya's keen eye for detail and for finding engaging yet professional ways to amplify the client's messaging across multiple platforms.

She takes it a step further and provides real time analytics across multiple platforms so we know what's not working and when to pivot to strategies that resonate deeply with out target audience.

At the end of the year she provided an in depth strategy and marketing report that highlights the full year's work of creative strategy and implementation. She then provides annual strategy for the upcoming year based on what has been working for the current year including alignment to new social media trends for the biggest impact.

She is also a perfectionist when it comes to event planning and doesn't miss a thing! From the brochures, to the seamless integration of payment links to the client's website, to the banners, to the event flow, to transition points, to overall day-of-event management she's all over it before you even have to think about it.

Honestly, working with Akeya has been one of the high points of becoming a business owner. I look forward to future collaborations with her"
