All packages include a 60-min monthly business & marketing call, content calendar, 10 graphics created, 5 videos created, posting, caption writing, and analytics reports. Packages start at $500 per platform per month.

Social Media Marketing FAQs
How often can I meet with my social media marketer?
One 60-minute call is included in all social media marketing packages. Additional meetings may be requested and are approved at the discretion fo your social media marketing. Additional meeting may incur an additional fee
How do I share my passwords with my social media marketer?
You will be provided instructions to share your passwords directly with your social media marketer or via LastPass (whichever you are most comfortable with) during your onboarding process
How will I know if my services are actually benefitting my business?
You will receive your analytics report on the last day of every month. This report comes from a third-party software that documents how often we posted and its impact on engagement & traffic. Your marketer will also discuss the results of your analytics report with you during your 60-minute client-consultant call
Can I maintain control over what's posted after I hand my account to The Hustle Lab?
Yes! Your proposed social media posting calendar will be made available via your client portal on Notion. This is how you will preview what will be posted before it actually goes live. You must make any requests for changes to the calendar at least 7 days in advance.

Am I able to pause my services?
You may pause your social media marketing services for up to 90 days. After 90 days, you will not be able to lock in your current monthly rate and will need to complete another social media marketing consultation. Rates, fees, and policies are subject to change at the discretion of The Hustle Lab.
Am I able to cancel my services?
Yes, you may cancel your services at anytime. Service cancellations must be submitted via email (thehustlelabllc@gmail.com) at least 14 days before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid any additional charges. For example, if your billing cycle ends on April 21st, you must submit your cancellation request by April 7th in order to avoid being charged for an additional month.
Can I get a refund?
All services are final sale and non-refundable
